Please note because of this we cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed as it will have gone into production, however you can return any item for a full refund or exchange within 28 of receipt. DELIVERY DELAYS 

Please note we do our best to provide you with a quick and efficient service but sometimes delays can occur due to third party issues. If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date please be patient and give it a few of days and your order will be there before you know it.

You've given it a few of days and the situation remains so just follow these steps:

1 - Check the tracking info and the delivery address on the order.

2- Check that you have not been left a calling card from the mail company through your letter box stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It's also a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.

3- Give us an email and we will do our best to solve the situation.

International buyers please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services. Delays may be due to customs checks, slow local delivery services or busy periods of the year i.e. Christmas, holiday etc.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the recipient destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by The Drop Shop. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. Please note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

 

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All prices listed on our site are in British Pounds, and charged in British Pounds.The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. SHIPPING POLICY AND TERMS

By placing an order at The Drop Shop you agree to be bound by these shipping terms and are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to The Drop Shop. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

 

We understand that sometimes things don't work out and we want you to feel secure in the knowledge that if you shop with us and are not 100% happy then you have 28 days to return your order from the day you received it. Simple! To return an item please contact us as soon as possible to request a return via support@thedropshop.net. We can then give you the correct returns address for the item you are returning. We are not responsible for any items items sent to the wrong address.

Returned items must be in the same condition, unworn, unwashed, with any tags or branding still attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any return not received in their original condition. Please note all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and shipping costs are non refundable. If you are returning an item from outside of the UK please ensure that you mark the item clearly as a return on any custom forms because you will be responsible for any custom charges that are applied to incorrectly labelled returned items. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed by us, and the money will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take up to 7 working days for the refund to show up on any bank statements. Please note we can only refund to the original payment method used, no exceptions.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us securely, items that are not received will not be refunded unless you can provide proof of postage and a tracking number. For this reason we highly recommend using tracked or insured service to avoid disappointment in the case that your return doesn't reach us.
